Many thoughts and questions may arise before you choose to enter the modelling industry as a kid model. We asked Louis and Naomi’s mother Charlotte which thoughts and expectations they had before joining the agency.
The day we made the decision to send in an application we had very little expectations. We had earlier tried being a part of another agency, where both contact and jobs was absent. It was only because the kids really had the courage to try it out that we decided to give it one last shot and therefore applied to Le Management Kids. This turned out to be the exact right decision for us! Already from the first casting where the environment was perfectly set for the kids, we felt welcome. The tone and questions were top professional, but all in a fun and cozy way so the kids had the best experience. As parents we were also confirmed in that we had chosen the right place. It was an amazing day that we will never forget.

After this it took off in regards to admission and the first jobs, but most important for us was how the professionalism shined through. For us it is about good contact and comfort. With Le Management Kids we get this every time and always with a smile.
Now our expectations match our perception of what it meant to be with Le Management Kids. As a parent you always want was is best for your children, and therefore we wished to find an agency with a great overview, manners and in interest in the children. This is without a doubt what we see with LM Kids and more. We see that the childrens self-confidence, social skills and network grow each time they are on jobs. Not only because they get to perform but because it is always in comfortable setting with dedicated clients and often with other kid models to whom they have made friendships with. Secondly, it is always fantastically exciting to visit new cities, try on the latest clothes and toys and to be enjoyed when you spend a whole day on the set. It is also a plus to get to meet designers, photographers etc. Who speak other languages and therefor inspire the children to do the same. Al in all we find working as a kid model very rewarding.

We would at any time choose to be with LM Kids. We tried an agency before LM Kids where it unfortunately was clear that children was not a priority despite the fact that they promoted a children’s department. There was just no personal contact or collaboration. We have experienced several times while being on jobs, that we have met parents of children in other agencies, complain about communication, deadlines, payment, tone and more. It is without a doubt our impression that LM Kids is one of Denmark’s best and strongest agencies for children. We are proud to be a part of them! We enjoy our collaboration with LM Kids. Firstly it is always professional and safe. This meaning that communication and workflows are under control.
Even when we hit a pandemic we were informed and followed up if we had any questions. Because of the good organizing we always know who to contact, and often they comes in advance with informative emails or posts. The extra plus in without a doubt the good, warm hearted and personal setting, even in emails. It is clear that the people behind are great persons, who are passionate about their work and are willing to walk an extra mile to get everything to add up. When we from time to time get so lucky to meet them and say hi, it all just gets a little extra good and personal.
“At Le Management Kids, the human qualities are allowed to shine through, and that just lifts the whole thing to another level.”
We have only had good and fun experiences on the jobs for Naomi and Louis. There are laughs and giggles every time – especially during the breaks. The children are allowed to be children – and therefore we enjoy being with the children at work. It´s just a very special and enjoyable time together.
Naomi especially remembers a job for Hummel. She was on set with another great boy from LM Kids where they had to shoot a Christmas collection. It turned out to be the most lovely day. At the end of the day they were completely covered in glitter, but they managed to get that under control before the big pillow fight shoot in pyjamas and bathrobes. They had a blast and the pictures turned out perfect.

Louis remembers a job for LEGO where he got to shoot with his sister Naomi. It was about magic and magicians. The whole teams on set was pumped and laughing, the capes was waving around and things was magically dis- and reappearing to everyone’s amusement. We got completely sore cheeks from laughing so much.
