We do not believe in binding contracts. It is as simple as that.
We want you to be a part of LM Kids because we are the best at what we do and because it is where you want to be.

We believe in the potential of every model we offer a place, and we foresee that they all have the potential to work as models. We do everything we can to book you for jobs and manage your modeling journey in the best possible way.

Once you are a part of LM Kids, it is not allowed to be associated with other model agencies, national or international, out of respect for our clients. It is also not allowed to accept jobs outside of the agency. Therefore, you must not apply for jobs with companies on social media, for example. You are always welcome to refer them to us if you are contacted about a possible job.

You can withdraw from LM Kids at any time by sending us an email. Annual fees will not be refunded if you withdraw.

ECONOMY

As a model, you will not receive a monthly salary. Instead you will receive your payment as a fee for each job. The fee varies according to number of working hours and if the customer buys additional usage for the material. The specific calculation will vary from client to client and weather or not you are a resident in Denmark or Sweden. In general, LM Kids is entitled to 1/3 of the total hours and 1/2 of the additional usage. 

Each model is associated with our department in either Aarhus, Copenhagen, Stockholm or Gothenburg. When a job is outside the city you are associated with, transport is paid by the customer estimated from our office, unless otherwise agreed. The transport is automatically registered and will be paid together with the fee after the job is completed.

For international jobs, transport will be covered by the customer, and everything will be arranged: flights, driver, hotel etc.

In Denmark, an annual web fee of 500 DKK will be added to all active model accounts at the beginning of every new year as a deduction from the salary. This covers the administrative costs associated with being represented by Le Management Kids, including setting up visual material, updating profiles, and hosting the website.

Therefore, you do not need to transfer the annual web fee manually, and the fee will only be paid if you work and receive a salary from LM Kids.

APPEARANCE

It is very important that the model’s current appearance matches the model’s profile. New hair, we care!

Because children grow very fast updated pictures, heights and sizes are crucial to be considered for jobs. Our clients request updated measures and pictures regularly as they require certain sizes and looks for each and every job.

It is your responsibility to keep us updated on even the smallest changes.
Even if nothing has changed, let us know!

The best model profile contains..
Updated private pictures and polaroids, updated height and sizes at least every other month. If the profile is not updated regularly, we are not able to include you in proposals for clients looking for specific sizes.
